The more sections in your home the more the freight, set-up cost and roof work thus the more the per sq. ft. cost to you is. ie. a 1700 sq. ft. 3 section " t-ranch" will cost $25,000. to $35,000. more than a 2300 sg. ft. 2 section ranch. 32 wide homes must have a special permit to go on the roads thus the delivery cost is much higher.  The very best value is a  2 section 28 cape cod with the upstairs unfinished.
